• Direct access to your CRM Online system - for this we will need to be added as a User.
• Screen Sharing - We connect to your desktop remotely and work through issue while you are online watching
• Offline - we send you the solution by email or tell you over the phone what to do.

You can purchase support ala-carte as you need it or plan in advance with pre-purchased support time. It is your call.
